Good quiet location (we had rooms to the back yard), old town easily and quickly accessible by car. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent, exceptional for Italy, service staff very attentive, always replenished.
Room a little small, but for 1 night ok.

The room was neat with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Convenient location in a very quiet area adjacent to Italy, the town centre and the center even at night. Abundant continental breakfast - something for everyone...

Very clean, new rooms, fancy bathroom.
The footpath to the old town is quite long :(

The room was modern with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The staff was superbly friendly and the views were wonderful. The hotel had indeed a particularly good location outside of the Old City Center

Positive, I had a spacious room with a comfortable bathtub and a kettle. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The restaurant served tasty meals at fair prices. The location was perfect, with access to local shops and the old town, just a short walk away 😊

very large parking lot, quiet location and yet within a few minutes in the Centro Storico. Breakfast in order. Big bathroom with window. In the room was missing a seat for the second person. Good restaurants nearby.

, with the historic center just a pleasant stroll away. My room was spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring local attractions. I particularly appreciated that the parking was ample and free as I pleased. The air conditioning struggled a bit under the heat, and I didn’t find the TV to have a decent range of channels. It’s a fair choice with a great breakfast buffet and supportive staff.

Internet not working and neither the hotel nor Vodafone was able to solve the problem. It should not say that this hotel has internet.

The Hotel Minerva impressed with its large free parking area. The receptionist, Francesca, stood out for her personalized attention. She booked our entry to see the Piero Della Francesca frescos and provided helpful advice on local attractions. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety, easily among the best I encountered in Italy. My room was clean with modern decor, with a spacious king-size bed and a fridge. I encountered issues with room amenities. I had to request an ironing board and iron. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the June heat. I noticed limited protein options in the breakfast offerings. The distance from the railway station, about 2 kilometers, could be challenging for some, although we found the walk enjoyable as it passed through the old city. The value for the price was fair.

The location and facilities are good. There is a free private parking. The walking distance to the Cathedral is 1400m. The hotel is likely set up for business travellers and there is no much atmosphere. We were completely alone in a huge hall, when we drunk our beer before going to bed. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was OK.
